Water based table tennis clear paint primer coating HCT-4911
HCT-4911 is our new product of Haisun. It is developed by our R&D department and widely used on the primer coat of table tennis with non toxic and low VOC content.
Advantages:
(1)High permeability.
Haisun wood coating deeply permeates into the wood and closely combines with the wood fibers to form a dense protective film.
(2)Strong sealing.
Haisun wood coating completely wrap up the organics like tannin and separate them to avoid oxidation stain reaction with external matters.
(3)Quick drying.
Haisun wood coating has a quick drying speed due to the design of molecular structure of PUA emulsion, which prevents the wood to absorb the water from water-based coating and cause swelling burrs.
(4)Environmental protection and harmless.
Haisun wood paint is a kind of water-based paint, which is environmentally friendly and harmless to human health.
(5)Save space and cost.
With our fast dry equipment, wood coating can be dried in three minutes. The delivery speed is increased by 10-20 times, which saves the space and cost of furniture factory.

Warming Tips:
1. Waterborne products cannot be mixed with solvent-based products, otherwise they will be incompatible.
2. Keep the construction environment clean and avoid oil, dust and impurities during construction.
3. It should be prepared when using, stir well, let it stand for about 15minutes to eliminate bubbles generated during stirring, filter with 200 mesh filter cloth.
4. The optimum construction temperature is 120-150 ℃ and humidity is 50-70%. The circulating ventilation speed of the touch dry room is 1-2m/s.
5. The moisture content of wood suitable for wood coating construction is about 8%-12%.
6. The coating should not be too thick to avoid the disadvantages of slow drying, after tack and cracking.
7. Primer film should be fully dry before recoated. Topcoat painting interval more than 24 hours should be thoroughly polished to improve interlayer adhesion.
8. Waterborne coating can not be used up at one time, it must be sealed immediately to avoid the influence of volatilization or inhalation of impurities on the quality and application effect of coatings.
